We are providing an e-collection facility to collect the additional Advance against the Order Booked by the Customer.

Hence making online payments is completely in customer’s interest.

But still, in any case if the customer wants to cancel the payment, he/she needs to send the Refund request to support@pngsl.com

  • Refund Requests will only be considered within 10 days after the date of receipt.
  • Refunds will be made to the person making the payment;
  • Refunds will be processed with the same procedure as it was received.
